I am a child of two professional parents. I saw and learned from a young age that working and succeeding was not limited to men and that performance, seniority and fulfillment were available to all.

When it was my turn to enter the corporate world, I quickly learned that it was tough.  That applied to everyone, but was a little extra challenging for me as a woman. I embarked on a journey to ensure that my work in human resources delivered the HUMANITY, grace, dignity and equality that were a natural part of my DNA.

Today I strive for a kind and open feedback culture which drives both transparency and revenue.  It's been a journey through many corporate cultures alongside many incredible executives. As I grew, faced adversity and watched people flourish, I felt it was only a matter of time before industry demanded these attributes.  I'm proud that we've gotten to a place where we are all ready to make humanity the focus.
